I live in South West Victoria, in a very country town :XD: only 5 houses here :D The photo was taken at a festival at the town next to us, I think it was a German festival? It was very pretty to watch!

Wow that's small! Yeah it's the Wiccan mid-harvest festival, and it is when they to honor the changing seasons, and celebrate the second harvest :)
